Gasolin ensured that the car was maintained even in the event of a breakdown

The Gasolin colors were present on German roads until 1971, after which it was over - the major post-war brand was reflagged and disappeared in the Aral network. Until then, the Opel Blitz was one of the standard vehicles at the branch locations. And the tow truck, which WIKING reduced in size 87 times, was also the most important helper at many stations. Gasolin was committed to reliable car care - the comprehensive service beyond refueling was what made customers appreciate the gas station attendant. Gasolin was once an institution in the Federal Republic of Germany's gas station network. At the end of the 1960s, 3,500 stations had the red and white brand image - a traditional fuel with a high level of sympathy and acceptance. The market strength resulted from the concentration of providers that had already been implemented, as 800 blue and yellow NITAG stations had already been rededicated in favor of the Gasolin network in the 1950s. In 1971 the Gasolin brand happened. Within a few months, all stations were integrated into the ARAL network. First simply pasted over with a blue and white brand logo, a little later the Gasolin colors disappeared forever.
